Wines without added sulphiteCurrently, he offers two cuvées: Mangourass 2018 made from 100% old carignan, This is the third vintage for this wine, which is surprisingly well-balanced and fresh. The natural approach to the work is obviously a big part of it! As well as a white: Trémières, a very nice muscat with a fruity character. In short, we were all unanimous and enthusiastic about these natural wines from Thomas Chany which we highly recommend.
