Tout blanc 2023 - Vin d'Alsace - Jean Pierre Rietsch (1 liter)
The color is clear. The nose opens with sweet spices, then quickly turns to citrus fruit. The wine is fresh, almost lively, with a salty, fruity aftertaste. A wine that's easy on the palate, and will go equally well with tarte flambée, grilled fish, seafood...
Vinification:
Natural fermentation using indigenous yeasts.
Aged on lees for 8 months in vats.
Light sulfiting during fermentation.
