Syrah lovely! 2019 - la ferme des 7 lunes - ardèche
A saint-joseph in an exclusive CUVée petites caves ? We're blessed!

1- La Ferme des 7 Lunes: a magnificent view over the Rhône valley, splendid vines, a horse for ploughing... and expert work by our friend Jean Delobre, winemaker nature for years.

2- We visit Jean's two cellars on a frosty January morning, glass in hand. His wines are definitely magnificent.

3- At the end of the tasting, Jean Delobre let us taste the barrel he had reserved for Petites Caves... we love it! The juice is surprisingly in place for a Syrah, 4 months after the harvest!

4- It's fruity, crisp and supple. And in homage to the cartoonist Gotlib, we call it "Syrah Lovely", because this wine really is lovely. And will be for many years to come, if you keep it in your cellar.
