For many years, maison Jacques Lassaigne, with Emmanuel Lassaigne at the helm, has been producing Extra Brut champagnes in the commune of Montgueux.
Mongueux is known as the "Montrachet of Champagne". The unique Chalk and Flint soils give the Champagnes saline and iodized touches, as well as occasional citrus and buttery notes. 

Damien Bastian, after working as a farmhand for Ganevat, has been based in Savoie near Switzerland for a number of years now, where he makes extraordinary red and white wines. Elegant, delicate wines with great depth and soul.

Finally, Thierry Puzelat, now with his daughters at Winery Clos du Tue Boeuf, is a winemaker student of the Lapierre school (Morgon). These natural wines are of the highest quality. Discover this Sauvignon cuvée that we love because it's not too sauvignon, ... precisely !
