Poiré Vinot 2022 - Yonnière Farm - Jérôme Forget
Nose of ripe pear (pear flesh). The mouth is remarkable of tactile. A nice smoothness, a full and suave matter. The sweetness is quite marked but always on the edge of the balance because the acidity is also there.
It is fresh, greedy and crunchy at the same time. We dive into the pear!
