Breitstein 2022 - Alsace - Léo Dirringer
A juice of pinot noir and pinot gris. A fresh, fruity, gourmet wine, easy to serve. The pinot gris brings a lot of freshness. Once again, a lot of minerality in this juice.
Breitstein or "large stones", terroir on granitic arena mixed with veins of clay. Mid-slope, east-facing and windy. Whole-cluster maceration of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir for 10 days.
