The wine opens with lovely aromas of ripe white fruit, lemon zest and stony mineral notes, smoky touches: flint. The palate is straightforward and full of energy. Finish with a touch of iodine (saltiness) = minerality.
A beautiful wine full of energy from a 100% pinot gris!
