La Colline des Dames 2022 - Vin de France - Anne and Jean-François Ganevat
Round, flowing palate with red berries, a few lingering spices and a fruity, floral finish. An easy, uncomplicated wine.
Made from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from their friends in Alsace, the cuvée is vinified and aged in large foudres under semi-carbonic maceration. As with everything that comes out of the Ganevat winery, the wine is neither fined nor filtered, and no SO2 is added.
