The wines of the Winery

We're talking to you about his Winery
Axel Domont: From peloton to vineyard, the race of a lifetime
The great escape of a cyclist turned winemaker
Axel Domont has always been a man of challenges. A former professional cyclist, he rode the roads of the Tour de France, tamed the mythical cols and tasted the adrenalin of the great races. But after years of playing with his gears, he has chosen another field of expression: the vineyards of Savoie. There, between mountains and valleys, he writes a new story, where each cuvée is a stage, and each harvest a sprint towards excellence.
Natural wines that breathe Savoie
Passionate about his terroir, Axel Domont has embarked on a path of viticulture with a committed approach: natural, lively and sincere wines. He works Mondeuse, Pinot Noir and Gamay with the same precision as a time trial, seeking the perfect balance between freshness, fruit and authenticity. His flagship cuvée, Flamme Rouge, is a nod to his cycling past: that last kilometer when everything is decided, when the tension mounts... but when the pleasure is there. A commitment to nature and a taste for the real thingNo unnecessary chemicals or shortcuts in his vineyards: Axel Domont cultivates his vines according to organic and biodynamic principles. He lets time do its work, guided by instinct and patience, like a climber attacking an ascent at the right moment. From the sweat of the races to the work of the land, his adventure proves one thing: no matter what the Winery, passion always makes the difference.
