Holistique récolte 2019 - Champagne Thomas de Marne - Zero dosage
Thomas de Marne is the son of Valérie Frison. This cuvée from the 2019 harvest is a terroir selection from Winery.
Holistique is the new name of the Portlandia cuvée, a name that had to be dropped because it's a protected trademark in the USA! The same blend as before: Pinot Noir 70% and Chardonnay 30%.
" Deep, elegant nose (lots of finesse). The wine's skeleton is superb, broad at first (shoulders), then slowly but surely moving towards a frank, airy, balanced tension. The aromas are discreet, fine, with fleeting but numerous volatile touches. This wine-Champagne is still young, so we'll have to wait a little longer for the olfactory aspect, but it's already magnificent for lovers of champagnes whose profile is there for all to see. !"
