Three internationally renowned winemakers: Philippe Pacalet (nephew of Marcel Lapierre), Fanny Sabre (who began her apprenticeship with Philippe Pacalet) and Julien Guillot, raised by one of the pioneers of organic farming!

  • Chablis 1er cru Beauroy 2021 - Philippe Pacalet
    A sublime Chablis with very mineral notes, followed by white fruit and citrus: peach, lemon, grapefruit and exotic spices such as ginger. Very rich, savory and mineral on the palate, with immense persistence on the finish.
    It will refine and lose its "invasive" character if left to age gently in your cellar. To be reserved for special occasions and choice dishes.
  • Pommard 2022 de Fanny Sabre
    This Pommard plays on the register of elegance and finesse: the tannins are delicate, the palate lacy, with beautiful notes of kirsch red fruit.

  • Burgundy - Auguste 2022 - Clos des Vignes du Mayne
    It's rare to taste such a wine. This variety of Pinot Noir, known as Pinot fin, is quite simply the quintessence of the genre. The aromas are certainly complex, but once again it's the tactile quality that's impressive! It's Winery 's flagship vintage, and we understand why..
