Cidre Brut - Basa Jaun 2022 - Winery Bordatto
Pronounce "bachadiaoun" (= "the wild man" or "the devil" in Basque mythology)
Of course there's apple in there! Dried fruit on the evolving nose, hints of pear... curious, but not so much in fact. The palate is superb, balanced, full of finesse and thirst-quenching. It's something else than Kéri...!
