A "tribute" vintage to the famous Winery ofAnglore.
"What a trip! A friend from Tavel, Mr. Thibault P (Pfifferling?). challenged me to produce a wine that has always given me great emotion. So it was with great pleasure that we went looking for the grapes of the south (with the accent, please) to make a carbonic: three emblematic grape varieties (Cinsault - grenache - syrah) on three great Tavel terroirs. TRIPTYQUE is born, but only for this year..."
