Quartz 2022 - Les Cailloux du Paradis - Etienne Courtois
Dry, taut and unadorned. Exotic fruit (pineapple, mango) reveals itself after a few minutes, softening the sensation of mineral austerity. In the end, the palate is quite powerful, round and with a frank, clean attack. A fine finish of fruit and saline pebbles.
Sauvignon with personality, far from classic aromas. No cheating here
Old Sauvignon vines, mostly free-standing (not grafted).
