Racines blanc 2020 - Pebbles of Paradise
The nose is fine, with plenty of freshness on opening, despite the power already apparent. The palate is full and powerful, with the generosity of very ripe yellow fruits - peaches, mirabelle plums - followed by herbaceous notes - cut hay, dried herbs - an almost tannic impression, with fine bitters due to slight oxidation, which intensify on the finish - fresh walnuts. Continuous freshness, complex, extremely well-balanced.
