Romorantin 2020 - Les Cailloux du Paradis - Etienne Courtois
We start with this unique color: golden and luminous, powerful!
On the nose as on the palate, candied apple, a hint of quince jelly. On the palate, powerful, dry and sharp, with vegetal notes bordering on medicinal, hints of citrus and the return of quince. The Grape variety almost disappears, only to reappear in a more Chenin form :). The minerality is there. A taut finish, just the way we like it!
This is a Courtois wine, out of the ordinary! As always, we have too few!
