Small, no, big news: a white wine from Winery Bartucci based on a blend of Souvignier and Chardonnay from the 2023 vintage.
A wine with a very different look, thanks to the very nature of this Grape variety hybrid: souvignier. Souvignier gives the wine a distinctive roundness and salinity. Chardonnay adds fruitiness and roundness.
The wine is young and deserves to be kept for a while. When young, decant for a good hour to give it its best chance.
It is ideal with seafood, where the salinity of the wine will complement the aromatic range of your dish.
