Rémi SÉDÈS

Rémi is originally from the Jura, where he has a few winegrowing cousins at Château-Châlon, but having always lived in Paris, in his youth he was destined for serious agronomic studies, but the frenzied rhythm of the prepas took him off the rails. He then opted for what he himself describes as a bohemian life... As an accordionist, he slipped into a small group from the East, Les Tontons Zingueurs. You can guess how much these moments developed in Rémi, a great sensitivity and a taste for encounters that count. In 2004, he turns the page and begins to take an interest in wine. He then left the North, and headed for Libourne. He learns and trains in the vineyards, often driven in conventional in St Emilion, Fronsac, in the Entre-Deux-Mers and finally in the Côtes de Francs, at Château Le Puy. Other encounters bring him to Nantes in 2010 and he then works for two years at Vincent Caillé, in Monnières, where Rémi really discovers organic.
