Pineau d'Aunis, from old vines, please! An original rosé to be enjoyed all year round.
The palate is seduced by a frank vivacity coupled with a welcome bitterness. Patrice Colin has done everything to refresh and quench the thirst, but not only that... In addition to the red fruit notes, the finish also expresses a minerality reminiscent of oyster shells.
Try it on red fruit tarts, for example!
