Clos des Cessieux 2023 - Saint-Joseph - Hervé Souhaut.
A very elegant, fine wine with floral aromas and peppery minerality. The tannins are fine, despite the youth of this cuvée. The terroir expresses itself masterfully!
1.5 ha in a single block just outside Sainte-Epine. The special feature of this plot is its orientation, starting in the north and ending in the south.
