Les Rachais 2015 - Champagne - Francis Boulard & Fille
Les Rachais vines are around 50 years old -Massif de Saint Thierry. Siliceous-limestone soils. Aged in old barrels, they already set the tone: white fruit, citrus, brioche, honey and dried fruit on the nose.
The palate is full-bodied, rich and concentrated, with a real complexity that makes you want to linger, and a long, delicate finish.
