Cuvée Côte aux Prêtres 2022 is a Chablis we appreciate for its finesse, nothing opulent. The aromas are delicate, with floral, mineral and saline notes, with hints of white fruit emerging here and there. The signature of Winery is sapidity.
La Côte aux Prêtres takes its name from its proximity to the paths taken by pilgrims to Vezelay and Compostelle. This magnificent vineyard overlooks Béru. This hilltop dome enjoys magnificent exposure and is always very windy. The terroir is mainly composed of small Kimmeridgian limestone pebbles, eroded over time.
