Champagne Les Empreintes 2018 - Laherte Frères
We are here on Le terroir de Chavot.
A champagne with a vinous, full, dense, spicy palate but this champagne remains fine and fresh.
Blend:
- 50% Chardonnay (including 1/3 Muscat Chardonnay). Les Chemins d'Epernay. Shallow soils with very fine clay resting on a chalky layer. Lower slope. Planted in 1957.
- 50% Pinot Noir. Les Rouges Maisons. Rich, moist soil. Significant presence of clay, with fragments of flint. Mid-slope. Planted in 1983.
Cultivation practices: vines cultivated with respect for living organisms.
