A magnificent touch, beautiful brilliance (energy), freshness, concentration of black fruit with sublime length. A wine that's full of emotion. You can't help but be moved by it, and it's sure to keep for a long time!
Following numerous tastings, Winery decided to blend these 2 warm vintages (18/19) for this cuvée.
The long ageing periods of 2 and 3 years have enabled us to tame and balance these vintages, which have good acidity.
Ageing two years on lees, without sulfites, in 2/3-wine barrels. Unfined, unfiltered. SO2 added at bottling (1 g/hl).
