Fresh wine with a mineral character. The notes are rather fruity (blackcurrant, raspberry), with slightly spicy and smoky touches. Roast lamb or duck breast, for example, will go perfectly with it!Find out more information Vines planted in 2001, on land that has remained virtually untouched since the Phylloxera epidemic (19th century). The nature of the soils is clay and limestone, with a high proportion of limestone in the form of gravel.
