Damien Bastian, after working as a farmhand for Ganevat, has been based in Savoie near Switzerland for a number of years now, where he makes extraordinary red and white wines. Elegant, delicate wines with great depth and soul. Finally, Thierry Puzelat, now with his daughters at Winery Clos du Tue Boeuf, is a winemaker student of the Lapierre school (Morgon).
