Bulles de Syrah Extra-Brut - JL Denois (blanc de noir)
"This absolutely unique EXTRA BRUT is made from 100% SYRAH (black grapes carefully hand-picked in our Fenouillèdes vineyards before full ripeness) .
The light hue is made possible by very delicate grape handling and pressing. Only the first juices are kept for this cuvée".
A bubble, or rather bubbles, very much focused on red fruit, and more specifically on the citrus family, with its lovely bitters. A clean, fruity finish! Easy to come back to.
Don't hesitate to start your aperitif with a touch of charcuterie.
