We're talking to you about his Winery
Known to be one of the first winegrowers to integrate biodynamics (as early as 1990) into his winemaking process, Paul Barre proudly bears the Fronsac appellation. Settled on the banks of the Dordogne since 1974, he is the owner of Château la Grave but also of Winery de la Fleur Cailleau, created in 1982. Pampered with care, the vines have been ploughed by horse since 2013. | A logical continuation, but unusual enough in the Bordeaux region to be mentioned! The vinification is of course without any input. A family dimension - 8 hectares - the Winery of Paul Barre is taken over by Gabriel, his son. Long life to them! We like these beautiful wines, period... barre. |
