Rouge d'été 2022 - Var IGP 2022 - Font des Pères
The nose is immediately fresh and fruity, with hints of strawberries, raspberries and cherries, and a few spices here and there! On the palate, Font des Pères Summer Red 2022 is light and thirst-quenching, with well-balanced acidity = lovely freshness. The tannins are supple, making this wine with a nice degree of drinkability, which is noteworthy for a 100% Mourvèdre. The pleasant finish, with a fruity persistence that invites another sip.
A very, very pleasant wine in moderation!
