Les Escures 2023 - Cahors - Mas del Périé
Always a wine that offers freshness! Aged in vats for 8 months, no extraction to keep this fruit, its low tannin content - everything is relative, it is Malbec after all -.
On the nose as well as on the palate, notes of black fruits in freedom: blackcurrant mainly, touches of pepper, rather blond tobacco. The palate remains straight, fresh, the tannins are too fine to bother us. So we end up with this beautiful impression of having tasted a Cahors for Thirst! Terroirs of mainly white clay.
