Janus MMXXIII - Vin de France - Winery de l'Ecu
Pronounced iodine and mineral notes, citrus and lime. A relatively powerful, straightforward attack that develops lovely bitters in the mid-palate, with notes of white fruit and a return of citrus zest that linger throughout the finish with that hint of iodine.
