The nose offers aromas of white flowers (acacia) and citrus fruit, with soft notes of vanilla and brioche. On the palate, a lovely hint of acidity brings freshness and balance, with the fat lining the mouth in an elegant unctuousness and feminine sweetness.

This cuvée is named after Pamina, the daughter of the Queen of the Night in Mozart's opera "The Magic Flute". 100% Chardonnay, certified Ecocert and Demeter and grown on limestone soils, Pamina was vinified without any oenological products, aged 19 months in barrels, regularly topped up and bottled without S02.
