Magnum Mâcon-Villages 20-21-22 Maison Valette
Notes of applesauce on the nose, with a floral touch. Round on the palate, but very quickly a lovely fresh tension sets in and carries through to the finish.
A blend of vintages to find the signature of Winery and deal with vintages and fermentations that are completely different, with different sugars, acidities and low quantities. When Mother Nature gets out of whack, it's time to rethink the way we make wines we love to drink!
