La Nomade 2021, Vin de France (100% Pineau d'Aunis)
Pineau d'Aunis: a very old Grape variety (known since 1755 in Guérande), somewhat forgotten, it may have originated in the South-West and passed through the Charentes (Aunis and Saintonge) to settle in the Loire Valley, where it has found a home, notably on the banks of the Loir.
Aromas of spice, pepper and raspberry, fresh and delicate on the palate (

Area under production: 0.5 ha
Aged for 16 months in terracotta jars (already used to preserve wine 6000 BC, in Georgia in particular...) to allow all the typicity of these grape varieties to express themselves naturally and authentically.
