A funny name for a natural wine made from Grape variety Jurançon Noir. Yes, Fabien Jouve likes to play with names, but also with our senses, and doesn't forget to be serious when it comes to wine.
Grape variety not very dark, not very structured for "Glouglou or thirsty" wines. It's there to quench your thirst (in moderation). Above all, a fruity, floral wine.
To be drunk young!

Jurançon Noir is a cross between Malbec and Folle Blanche..... It is sometimes called Folle Noire.
