Cuvée DD 2022 - Arbois - Stéphane and Bénédicte Tissot
Fresh, ripe fruit, warm spices. Precise, full and sapid on the palate. The tannins are present, young and provide a fine tactile sensation for a long finish.
Vinification: destemming of Poulsard and Trousseau, whole harvest for Pinot Noir. 1-month maceration for Pinot Noir, 3-month maceration in 100-year-old tuns for Poulsard and Trousseau. No sulfur added.
