Jadis 2020 - Faugères - Winery Léon Barral (Didier Barral)
Notes of wild black fruit are very expressive, with an impressive evolution in the glass towards spices and a very charming animal touch. On the palate, the wine is much more structured than the "Tradition" cuvée, with a fleshy, juicy body. Great persistence on the palate and guaranteed ageing potential!
This is the central cuvée of Winery. Mid-range red at Winery. Two years of barrel ageing to refine and gain in complexity, ensuring that the consumer enjoys the wine from the moment he receives it. It's magical!
Warning: it's best not to decant the wines from Winery, as they are fragile and can oxidize. Serve quietly from the bottle :-)
