In the pure tradition of Maison Valette winemaking, the power of the nose explodes with this Viré Clessé, which, for once, has been approved as a Vire Clessé.
After all these years of refusal, the name And Yet, will remain on the label anyway....
Notes of candied fruits, compotes and marmalades. Citrus fruits -bitter oranges-, peels, vegetal and spices are jostling each other, the whole coated with a nice promising fat.
The mouth, firmer, slams.
Firmness of the mineral -saline- and invigorating bitters. Sapid and greedy finish.
