  • Grande Sendrée 2012 - Champagne Drappier
    After 10 years of maturation, the Grande Sendrée 2012 is ready to be enjoyed, and may also be appreciated in a few years' time. Pinot Noir dominates, with cherry notes. Chardonnay contributes notes of white flowers and vanilla. The palate remains complex, taut thanks to the low dosage. Good length, ending with the minerality and subtle spiciness that are the signature of this cuvée.

  • Champagne 2015 - Champagne Jacques Lassaigne (Brut Nature, Blanc de Blancs)
    2015, a great vintage for ageing. However, Emmanuel is already playing the game, offering vintages that have been aged for almost 8 to 9 years. Complex aromatic structure. A pure, elegant, fine Champagne with great volume on the palate and an intoxicating finish. Brut Nature too!

  • Cuvée Petraea - IV - Champagne Francis Boulard et Fille
    Petraea is one of Winery Boulard's great cuvées made in solera! 100% brut nature (zero dosage). The nose is intense, spicy and powerful. The palate is generous, with all the vinosity of Pinot Noir from a great terroir. Plenty of complexity and a remarkably fresh finish.
