A tasting that showed us a supple, fresh, easy and fluid wine. Full of energy and pleasure: a lovely fruity, dry and mineral concentrate.
"This cuvée is an invitation to travel, from our Savoyard mountains to the far reaches of the high latitudes. The freshness, minerality and salinity of our terroirs, magnified by one of its native and emblematic grape varieties, Jacquère. This wine is vibrant and uncompromising. It is vinified, matured and bottled with no added inputs or sulfites. It has not been fined or filtered, which may explain the presence of a slight deposit, which in no way alters the taste quality".
