Raymond 2022 - Les Cailloux du Paradis - Claude Courtois
A new cuvée composed of over 20 grape varieties by Claude Courtois. A cuvée named after Claude's father, in homage to him.
Claude gave us a few tasting tips before we were able to taste it for ourselves. A frank, straightforward, mineral wine. Deep with notes of redcurrant, cherry; saline finish. A wine with great freshness that can easily be kept for over 15 years!
