Juice, concentration, taste, cleanliness. This is the summary of the Burgundy vintages of Winery Cruchandeau, directed by Julien Cruchandeau. From Aligoté Bouzeron to Pinot Noir de Ladoix, Julien works the fruit in a "reasoned" way. A gourmet, straight and frank result that delighted us! All the more so as Julien offers reasonable prices on his beautiful Burgundy appellations... So, why deprive yourself?! The continuation in the ideas, this guy ! Active and multi-passionate, Julien already has an impressive back-ground: experience in restaurants and as a chef in the kitchen, an electro musician throughout Europe and, even today, on the lookout for a small job for concerts. | Ecole viti-vini de Beaune then Julien was employed on beautiful estates in the Nuits-St Georges region until 2005. This gives us a decided winemaker , at the head since 2003 of a Winery which counts today nearly 4.5 hectares, managed in Bio (without certification), for a work more qualitative than quantitative with limited yields. |
