Vignoble d'Elian 2020 - Côtes du Marmandais - France Elian DA ROS
Blend: 50% Cabernet franc - 30% merlot - 20% syrah
Terroir:30- to 40-year-old vines grown on clay-limestone soils with iron alios subsoil, to which are added young Merlot and Cabernet Franc vines from Clos Baquey (clay-limestone terroir). Certified organic viticulture.
Vinification: 100% destemming, open concrete vats, light punching down, 2 to 3 weeks maceration with very gentle extractions. Each Grape variety is vinified separately.
Aged in foudres and rooms for 17 months. Each Grape variety is aged separately. Massaging for 3 months in concrete tanks before bottling.
Bottling: unfined and unfiltered
