Albinos 2022 - Vin de France - Winery Morel (Valentin Morel - Les Pieds sur Terre)
A Poulsard in direct press for an indeterminate color that tends more towards dark white (salmon++) or very light red. It's classified as a white because it's a blanc de noirs!
Very similar on the nose and palate, with freshness and great finesse. Floral, fruity and spicy touches. But it's really the fluidity and fine energy that are remarkable here.
