A nose of white fruit, citrus and exotic fruit on a bed of minerality.
Tense mouthfeel, lemon brine. Full-bodied attack, with a return of minerality on the finish.
Another Sauvignon we love, Monsieur Puzelat, because it doesn't look like a Sauvignon...
