Nose and palate are marked by remarkable notes of black fruit and floral hints. On the palate, minerality always brings the freshness so sought-after in red wines. This freshness envelops and balances the tannins, which melt over time. The finish becomes spicier and the fruit more red fruit-like.
When young, prefer a nice red meat or game with a few seasonal mushrooms. Hummmm!
