Chassignol 2022 - Chénas - Winery Thillardon
A superb juice combining finesse, minerality and power. The juice is fruity, it's Gamay all the same, but there's also a noble structure in this Cuvée Chassignol. A great wine!
No-input winemaking.
Chassignol is a plot adjacent to the Winery winery, on a very steep hillside (mechanization impossible, so horse-drawn work). The soil is composed of quartz-studded granite.
