Our opinion on this organic champagne
"CLÉOBULINE" Extra Brut - Organic Champagne by Julie DUFOUR
A champagne full of fine, creamy bubbles. Very fruity touches of grape, quince and lemon. The mid-palate is mineral and stretches through to the finish, with a return to infusions of lime blossom and verbena.
The natural dosage (3g/l) is not perceptible. A beautifully balanced champagne from the Côte des Bars... a region we particularly appreciate.
