Cléobuline Chapter 1 Harvest 2019 - Organic Champagne by Julie DUFOUR
For the 2019 harvest, a 50/50 blend of pinot noir and chardonnay.
Julie's first vinifications. Grapes from the Chachigne plot. They were blended directly in the press. They were then aged on lees for 1"in the beautiful blue enamelled vats".
Dosage 4g (Extra-Brut)
with bottling in November 2020 and disgorging in January 2022
