Vines planted on schist slopes. All the grape varieties chosen to go into the Courtiol cuvée are vinified traditionally - without sulfite - and separately. Blending takes place between February and April. Aged in concrete vats for 24 months. Ageing 10 years. A special effort is made in the vineyards to achieve maximum root development.
